Role: Accounts Administrator Location: Gravesend Start: Friday 21st March Hours: Part-Time - 3 days per week 9.00am - 5.00pm Pay: £12.50 per hour What You'll Do: As an Accounts Administrator, your day-to-day activities will be both varied and fulfilling. You will play a critical role in ensuring operations run smoothly.

Supporting the team in reconciling payments with the bank to ensure transparency and accuracy Logging cash and cheque payments in the CRM system Preparing data imports to keep records up-to-date and accurate Engaging with our clients over the phone, providing them with the assistance they need Linking donations to campaigns to reflect ongoing initiatives Handling return-to-sender mail efficiently to maintain our communication flow Engaging with our clients over the phone, providing them with the assistance they need Dealing with incoming post There may be other tasks as required to support the team and our mission, so a flexible and proactive attitude is a must What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal A good understanding of financial systems A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
